Alexandra Waugh Counseling

As a licensed professional counselor, I offer both therapeutic counseling and coaching services. I have years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in private practice settings and schools. It brings me so much joy to encourage and support my clients by working together to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

 

My background is in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and eating disorders in the Central Texas area. I have worked with a wide variety of ages, but specialize in working with parents, teens, and young adults - both in-person and virtually.
